What is ryananda? ryananda, pronounced (ry.ah.nun.dah.), is a sacred blending of my name, ‘ry’ (ryan), and ‘ananda’, the sanskrit term for ‘bliss’. After graduating meditation teacher training as a student of davidji, The internationally recognized meditation guru, stress-management counselor, corporate trainer and author of the award-winning Secrets of Meditation: A Practical Guide to Inner Peace & Personal Transformation,, and newest book release; de*stressifying(www.davidji.com), I developed ryananda Meditation and Mindfulness Living in 2014 as a way to deliver the ancient teachings of meditation and mindfulness/present moment living in one on one and group settings. These teachings stem from Vedic times and beyond and are the true roots from which we can learn self realization, lean toward being the best versions of ourselves, and finally begin to live our lives with greater grace and greater ease. It is my hope that ryananda becomes a garden where meditation practices are cultivated and seeds of infinite possibility are planted.
