What is ryananda? ryananda, pronounced (ry.ah.nun.dah.), is a sacred blending of my name, ‘ry’ (ryan), and ‘ananda’, the sanskrit term for ‘bliss’. After graduating meditation teacher training, and then the advanced meditation teacher training as a student of davidji, The internationally recognized meditation guru, stress-management counselor, corporate trainer and author of the award-winning books; Secrets of Meditation: A Practical Guide to Inner Peace & Personal Transformation, de*stressifying, and latest release Sacred Powers (davidji.com), I developed ryananda Meditation and Mindfulness Living in 2014 as a way to deliver the ancient teachings of meditation and mindfulness/present moment living in one on one and group settings. These teachings stem from Vedic times and beyond and are the true roots from which we can learn self realization, lean toward being the best versions of ourselves, and finally begin to live our lives with greater grace and greater ease. It is my hope that ryananda becomes a garden where meditation practices are cultivated and seeds of infinite possibility are planted. The ryananda teachings take place in a serene, warm, comfortable, open and peaceful environment.
